ARKHEE

ARKHEE: SEARCHING FOR A NEW WORLD ARKHEE is something difficult to describe for me. It's the name that i gave to a world i have inside and that i'm trying to represent with my photography. A place of the mind that comes to life thanks to the skills of my small group of creative friends that helps me to make it alive.

This cold world made of distant and dark creatures is still distant to be... and so every shooting become a mix of new techniques, cameras, films and light that helps me to discover different shades of it.

But I feel that something is still wrong, that the mirror is still dirty to see exactly what is reflected and that the research for Arkhee will be long. I couldn't hope for a better excuse to be able to experiment more and more...

And so... many thanks to the guys that makes this true: Domenico Sanna first of all, with his patience and love for the makeup, the hair and the styling that you will find in those photos, to my cousin Luca for his help with the location 's setup, to Angelika for her love, support and help. And finally to all the models, professional and not, that accept to come in Arkhee all the times i ask them.

About Eolo Perfido

EOLO PERFIDO I begun to take pictures about 5 years ago. The discovery of photography has been one of the most wonderfull things in my life since it changed me and the way i see the world.

Quite late so (now i'm 32 years old). But since then i dedicate every bit of my time to this discipline.

After few years of training (i was taking picture of everything and everyones...) I created a small creative group around a common idea of creativity and a garage (my studio).

Smallstudio was born, and several creatives moved in and out getting some experience and leaving some of themself.

Thanks to all of them.

Today Smallstudio works as a small photography agency in Rome. But it didn't lost his "garage" mood, so many people still comes to join us to help, learn and share.
