dam reflection Amsterdam is a city I love, and its only a 50 minute plane journey away. I have been going there for the past 10 years so it's kind of an old friend now, somewhere I can go and not feel like I am on a holiday. it has everything a city should have, friendly people, great bars and restaurants and always something to do. People who visit it for the first time tend to only see one side of it but there is so much more, you just have to scratch the surface a little. When I go there I feel like anything is possible, a feeling that can sometimes get drained from you living in london.

Luckily on this visit I had good weather, I hope these panoramics do the place justice.

Tech Notes
horizon 202 panoramic camera, kodak portra 200asa, leningrad 4 lightmeter.

About Jim Green

Jim Green Photography is very addictive, it's something I can never be satisfied by, that's probably why I keep doing it, I am always learning new things, discovering new ways of seeing, since having an online photoblog I have encountered many new and interesting photographers, now I realise I am not the only one thats so obsessive.

I am most inspired when I visit new places and travel to other countries, travelling not only fires your creativity but also makes you a wiser and hopefully better person, and that can only be a good thing.
