About Richard Earney

Richard Earney I work as a graphic/web designer in London, but spend as much time as possible (when allowed by my family!) photographing flowers, plants, trees, objects and general "stuff".

I started photography when I was 11. My father gave me a tutorial on the basics on a holiday in France, and told me to go off and photograph what I saw. Several hours later I came back utterly hooked.

Being quite a gadget freak, I have moved swiftly into the world of the digital SLR, my Canon D60 being my pride and joy. I still use film cameras, but prefer the digital darkroom approach.
